WKYC host Maureen Kyle’s Lionheart Lamb clothing line aims to empower girls through dresses and tees featuring images of historical women, like jazz vocalist Billie Holiday, primatologist Jane Goodall or aviator Amelia Earhart. She designed the shirts herself with help from Forma Apparel Manufacturing, a female-owned business in Beachwood.
The process sparked a “Field of Dreams moment” for Kyle. Now, she’s armed with a vision and a work ethic that will enable her to make her dreams a reality.
