Find Valid License

Diablo 4 Unable to Find Valid License

After years of anticipation, Diablo 4 has finally been released. Unfortunately for some players, however, its debut hasn’t gone smoothly, as error codes and queues have hindered players from accessing Sanctuary.

Some players have reported encountering error code 315306, which prevents them from playing games. However, there’s a simple fix available for this problem.

What is this error message?

Diablo 4’s launch was anything but smooth. Fans had long anticipated the game, and its release finally happened after much anticipation; yet even though it’s an excellent action RPG with an engaging campaign and hours of grinding to explore, there have been multiple bugs that prevent players from enjoying their experience: one such issue being an “Unable to find valid license” error message which has caused much consternation for many players.

Error 35815 occurs when servers cannot verify your game purchase. This could happen for many reasons; perhaps you are trying to access the game before its official launch date and time, with servers needing to be live for its designated open beta early access period, and attempts at accessing before this cannot be allowed.

Another potential culprit may be that servers are simply under too much strain; with so many people trying to play at once, the servers may become overwhelmed and unable to verify each player’s purchase correctly. Finally, there may be an issue with your storefront or platform (PS4 owners have reported experiencing this).

No matter its cause, an error reading “unable to find valid license” should only last briefly. If you can’t resolve it, keep checking back for updates, as Blizzard monitors login and server issues reports and works quickly to find solutions.

While you wait, there are a few steps you can take yourself to rectify the issue and resume playing Diablo 4 once more – such as updating graphics card drivers. We hope these tips can help resolve this issue and return you to a world full of demons & levels! Don’t forget our review of Diablo 4; we awarded it 4/5 stars!

Are there any other solutions?

Blizzard has acknowledged this issue and is actively working on finding a resolution. For PlayStation owners, community reports have highlighted an effective solution by refreshing licenses by downloading anything else available through the PlayStation Store – providing quick relief while waiting for Blizzard to address the problem. Xbox players may have limited options available.
