At V’s Pizza, the first thing you’ll notice upon entering is its unique aroma. A wood-burning oven adds a distinct smokiness that enhances both booth seating and 4-top tables throughout the space.

Food at La Pastarie is always fresh and flavorful. Be sure to sample their signature Pepperoni Rustica featuring San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, and San Marzano tomato puree as your appetizer course before treating yourself to Limoncello Ricotta Cake as dessert!

Pizza

V’s Pizza is family-owned and operated. Their 13″ lightly charred pizzas are finished off the “V Pizza way,” using extra virgin olive oil, Pecorino Romano cheese, and oregano as finishing touches. Classic cheese options such as mozzarella are offered alongside more imaginative ones like their V Pesto Mac-n-Cheese with pancetta and cheddar/gouda mix cheese, while they also provide gluten-free crust options.

At their restaurant, there is an informal yet vibrant vibe to the space. As it’s located within a garage, parking can sometimes be challenging, but they have plenty of tables inside for diners to use.

Calzones

Freshly made dough filled with ricotta cheese and mozzarella is covered with V Pizza Way (EVOO, Pecorino Romano cheese, oregano, and fresh basil), then finished off with V San Marzano tomato sauce for extra flavor! Add up to three additional toppings. Gluten-free and vegetarian crust options are also available.

All full-size calzones are 13-14″, lightly charred, and finished the V Pizza Way with extra virgin olive oil, Pecorino Romano cheese and oregano. Lunch-size calzones measure 10″, featuring Mozzarella cheese and V San Marzano tomato sauce as standard ingredients; gluten-free and vegetarian options may also be provided.

Cavatappi noodles topped with smoked gouda, cheddar, butter, cream, V pesto, and mozzarella are served with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and pancetta can be added for an additional charge. *Toppings may incur an additional fee; full size serves 2-3 while personal size serves 1-2. Calzones can be ordered dry (with less gravy), wet (extra gravy), or dipped (submerged in sauce).

Wings

V Pizza provides extra indulgent meals with its selection of appetizers and wings, such as their famous Metaballs San Marzano or Sausage San Marzano dishes – ideal for sharing and pairing perfectly with one of their craft beer options from their extensive list.

As part of their dedication to using only premium quality ingredients, they use only imported Italian type “00” flour, water, salt, and active yeast in all of their dough recipes before placing them into wood-fired 900deg ovens to create culinary masterpieces and serving the finest authentic Neapolitan pizza around!

On their menu is also an array of salads, such as the Insalata Pizza with Arugula, Burrata cheese, grape tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and a hint of lemon. Furthermore, V Signature or Calabrian wings seasoned with V Pizza’s signature sauce provide delicious, tasty bites of comfort that come served hot and crispy!

V Pizza & Tap Room’s menu boasts not only pizzas but also delectable pasta and gelato made fresh in-house – from Pasta Puttanesca to Baked Cavatappi and much more! Plus, an impressive tap list offering everything from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts awaits you there.

Salads

All salads are composed of spring mix, roasted red pepper mushroom, cucumber, carrot, gorgonzola cheese, and fresh mozzarella – gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.

Add lunch specials and side salads for an additional cost; prices for this menu are determined directly by the Merchant.
