Interpublic Group of Companies has signed an 11-year lease for 150,000 square feet at 1800/1840 Century Park East Plaza. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented IPG, which will relocate its offices from the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. IPG will house ten agencies, including PMK*BNC, Weber Shandwick Rogers & Cowan Octagon Jack Morton FRUKT, and Advantage International, in these towers.

IPG will relocate approximately 700 employees from the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood into its new space; eight full floors in each tower will be dedicated exclusively to IPG as it receives exclusive signage rights on one building.

The company plans to renovate the space to meet its creative work environments and offer its clients access to multiple restaurants, services, and retail options.
