• Headaches,
• Flushing (warmness, redness, or tingly feeling)

• Pain in your arms or your thighs

Sexual stimulation is required to ensure that tadalafil is successful in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Just 5 mg: prevention of signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia in adult males.

CIALIS is not designed for use by women.

Precautions and Warnings

Be mindful that sexual activities may pose a danger to patients with heart disease because it places an extra burden on your heart. You can inform the doctor if you have a heart condition.

Tell your doctor if you have the following:

• Sickle cell anaemia (an abnormality of red blood cells).
• Multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer).
• Leukaemia (a disease of the blood cells).
• Some kind of deformation of the penis.
• A serious problem with the liver.
• A serious kidney problem.

It is not clear if CIALIS is successful in patients who have had:

• Pelvic surgery.
• Removal of any or part of the prostate gland in which the nerves of the prostate are severed (radical non-nerve-saving prostatectomy).

If you notice a drastic decline or vision loss, stop taking CIALIS and call your doctor immediately.

Decreased or abrupt hearing loss has been documented in some patients taking tadalafil. While it is not clear if the incident is specifically linked to tadalafil, if you notice reduced or unexpected hearing loss, stop taking CIALIS and call your doctor immediately.

CIALIS 20 mg tablet is not meant to be used for women.

 

What are the components of the tablet?

• The active ingredient is tadalafil. Each tablet contains 20 mg tadalafil. • The remaining components are as follows: Core tablet: lactose monohydrate (see the end of section 2), sodium croscarmellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate. Film-coat: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, triacetin, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172), talc.
